| On Friday April 11, 2003 while running for a bus on Santa Monica Boulevard going to work, I called Darryn Songbird to see what was going on for the weekend. I had thought of going to Joshua Tree earlier in the week, and that is right where he was going. I got off of my bus two stops later, walked home and raced to meet him in Venice.
